Choice Party Recruiting Candidates!
Salt Lake City, UT:
"Everyone is welcome! If you have anything, absolutely
anything, to say about what's going on, be a candidate!" said
Fred Litzaw, Personal Choice Party candidate recruiter. Mr.
Litzaw further said, "The Personal Choice Party provides a
different model of how a political party functions. It is not
cast from any similar mold as the other parties. The party is
designed to be simple and primarily focused on providing
anyone and everyone an opportunity to participate in the
political process. As a candidate, your personal choices
determine the platform of your own campaign. If more than one
candidate pursues the same office, even with similar or vastly
different ideas or approaches to any particular issue, the
candidate that will be on the ballot will be determined at the
party's convention."
Mr. Litzaw continued by saying, "The Personal Choice
Party would very much like to provide a candidate for as many
races as possible. Those who are considering this opportunity
are asked to contact the Personal Choice Party as soon as
possible. This way there can be coordination among those
interested in being candidates in the same areas of Utah to
help provide candidates for all the races in that area.
Candidate filing in Utah is held from March 7th to March 17th
this year. The party convention will most likely be held in
May and further details will obviously be provided when
available."
Dr. Ken Larsen, Moderator of the Personal Choice Party
of Utah, recently had this to say:
"The three most essential ingredients for a political
party are 1) solid principles, 2) trust, and 3) capability.
Recently, we have seen a tragic manifestation by both major
parties of 1) lack of principles, 2) corruption, and 3)
ineptitude, at the highest levels of "leadership." As we watch
the two "great" parties crumble like the twin towers of 911,
it is time for Us, the People to take action.
In the Second Paragraph of the Declaration of
Independence, where Americanism was most eloquently expressed,
the 5th self-evident truth was that when government goes
astray, it is the right, it is the duty, of the people to take
charge and provide new Guards for their future security.
In the name of the People, we have formed a new
political party. Our official logo is the smiley face,
symbolic of the equal inalienable right of the people to the
pursuit of happiness, as long as they cause no harm. We have
called it The Personal Choice Party."
