A general description of Utah House District 53 is that it includes Daggett County, Morgan County, southern Rich County, most of Summit County, northeastern Wasatch County and the cities of Randolph, Woodruff, Morgan, Henefer, Coalville, Oakley, Park City, Kamas, Francis, and southern Randolph.
